Returns / Exchanges

We believe our shoes are great, but if you are unhappy with your pair we'll be happy to help you exchange or return for a refund.
To Qualify
Shoes must be returned in original brand new condition

They must be returned in new/unworn condition with original packaging to qualify (please do not try them out outdoors).
Shoes must be returned with all original content & packaging

This includes the original shoe box, laces, insoles and tags.
You must be able to provide order information

We require an order number to process any returns/exchanges.

Shipping Costs

If you are in the los Angeles and Orange County City area, you can bring your return/exchange to The Diamant shop

All new/unworn items are eligible for a return or exchange before 21 days from order shipment.

Diamant will cover the cost to return or exchange if requested within 21 days from order shipment.

Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost.

How to process an exchange or return

  1. If you wish to return all or part of your order, please click here to use our returns form.To exchange all or part of your order please click here to use our exchanges form.
  2. We will then provide you with a shipping label you may use to send your order back to our warehouse.
  3. When our warehouse accepts your return, we will process the refund for your order, or ship out your exchange.
